SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class signed for. You will receive a tracking number with your dispatch notification. Orders over the value of £200 will be sent by UK Special Delivery.
All overseas shipping is sent by Tracked International Airmail.
All customs forms will be accurately declared. All fees, VAT, and/or customs charges imposed on international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs policies for information on customs fees.
PROCESSING TIMES: Please read individual product description regarding processing times. Many of our products are made to order and take 5-7 working days to make. Commissions and one-of-a-kind jewellery have a longer processing time.
Shipping to Europe takes approximately 5-7 days. This may vary depending on your country's postal service.
Shipping to the US takes approximately 10-14 days. Please allow up to 5 weeks during the festive season.
For Australia, New Zealand, East Asia etc, please expect approximately 14-21 days. Please allow up to 7 weeks during the festive season.
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase if you require a refund or exchange. You’ll need to send an email to us at email@example.com, and provide your name and order number. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging and condition. Please note that the cost and return of items is the responsibility of the customer.
